Welcome to Kiaayo. Kiaayo shall provide services to customer subject to the following conditions. If customer visit or shop at kiaayo.com, customer accept these conditions. Please read them carefully. In addition, when customer use any current or future kiaayo.com service or visit or purchase from any business affiliated with kiaayo.com, whether or not included in the kiaayo.com website, customer shall be subject to the guidelines and conditions applicable to such service or business. Kiaayo have all the rights to change its terms and condition any time without prior notice.

Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs customer’s visit to kiaayo.com, to understand our practices.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

When customer visit kiaayo.com or send e-mails to us, customer are communicating with us electronically. Customer consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with customer by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. Customer agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to customer electronically satisfy any legal requirement in relation to such communications. 

COPYRIGHT

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, and audio / video clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of kiaayo.com or its content suppliers. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of kiaayo.com. All software used on this site is the property of kiaayo.com or its software suppliers. Hence the copyright rule is applicable to the same and no other person has a right to use any of the content of the site for its / his personal/business use. 

TRADEMARKS

Kiaayo has a Registered Trademark. Any violation of our trademarks shall be liable for legal action. 

SITE ACCESS

Kiaayo grants customer limited permission to access and make personal use of this site and not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it. This permission does not include any resale or commercial use of this site or its contents; any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices; any derivative use of this site or its contents; any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. This site or any portion of this site shall not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent of kiaayo.com. Customer shall not use any proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of kiaayo.com and our affiliates without express written consent. Customer shall not use any meta tags or any other “hidden text” utilizing Kiaayo name or trademarks without the express written consent of kiaayo.com. Any unauthorized use terminates the permission granted by kiaayo.com. Customer shall not use any kiaayo.com logo or other proprietary graphic or trademark as part of the link without express written permission. 

CUSTOMER’S  ACCOUNT

If customer use this site, customer are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of customer’s account and password and for restricting access to customer’s computer, and customer agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under customer’s account or password. Kiaayo and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion. 

REVIEWS, COMMENTS, COMMUNICATIONS, AND OTHER CONTENT

Anything posted or otherwise submitted to kiaayo.com, whether on the kiaayo.com website, through a mobile application or any form of social media, or through a hashtag provided by kiaayo.com, will be treated as public and non-proprietary. By submitting reviews, photos, and/or comments to kiaayo.com, customer grant kiaayo.com a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable and transferable right to use, copy, distribute, publish and modify such submissions. All such submissions shall automatically become kiaayo.com’s sole and exclusive property. Customer also grant kiaayo.com the right to use the name that customer submit, if any, in connection with said submission. Customer further represent that customer own or otherwise control all rights to any content submitted to kiaayo.com. 

RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from kiaayo.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to customer upon our delivery by the carrier. 

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

Kiaayo and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, kiaayo.com does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by kiaayo.com itself is not as described on the site, customer’s sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

 PRICING

The prices displayed on this site are quoted in Indian Rupees which customer can view in customer’s preferred currency using the currency converter link. This currency converter is only indicative and a value added tool. The actual amount to be paid by customer will be the equivalent amount in the currency of customer’s credit card, as per the conversions done by customer’s bank / credit card provider on the date of billing. 

Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for products on our website, whether in Foreign Currency or Indian Rupees represents the full price of the product and international shipping charges will be applicable as per the shipping address and product. 

For any reason if we are not able to ship customer products as per customer’s order, we will intimate customer electronically and refund the value of the products not available. 

Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If we discover a mispricing, we will do one of the following: 

If an item’s correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship customer the item.

If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact customer for instructions before shipping or cancel customer’s order and notify you of such cancellation. 

Please note that this policy applies only to products sold and shipped by kiaayo.com. 

SHIPPING

All of Kiaayo orders are shipped door-to-door from our warehouse in Kutch, India to customer’s provided shipping address. Processing the order normally takes  4-5 working days and then Shipping normally takes 4-5 working days within India. For International orders please contact us before placing the order. 

If there is an item which customer purchase and then we realize this item is not available, we will promptly inform customer in due course and fully refund customer’s money for the out of stock item. 

We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if customer would like to order several items and ship to different people, please treat these as separate orders. 

Our courier partner will attempt delivery 2 times at the delivery address specified by customer in the order, before they contact us that customer’s package is not deliverable. Customer can track the package through the Order Tracking facility. If the package status is shown as undelivered please reach us at support@kiaayo.com and quote tracking number to trace customer’s package. 

EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Kiaayo will replace the product free of cost if the product is damaged before reaching the customer. Exchanges or returns must be made within 7 days of receiving customer’s order. Customer should email us a photo of the damaged product. Customer must email us about any damaged items in customer’s shipment within 24 hours of receiving customer’s order. Our team will go through the defect found and there after mail to customer - the approval or rejection of replacement. Thereafter if the replacement is approved then our shipping agency will contact to customer for return pickup of the demaged material. 

COLOR

Kiaayo has made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products that appear on this site. However, as the actual colors customer see depend on customer’s screen, we cannot guarantee that customer’s screen’s display or colors you see will be accurate. 

SIZING

The fitting of our clothing depends on the cut, fabric and style of each garment. Some garments are designed to have a looser, relaxed fit and some garments are styled to be more fitted. Please review our sizing guide to select the size best suited to customer. 

PRODUCT PROPERTIES AND WASH CARE

All of Kiaayo products are handcrafted using the finest natural fibers. The subtle variations in color, texture and finish are intrinsic to hand made products. Our products involve crafts-based traditions of hand spinning, dying, weaving, wood block printing and embroidery. We use both vegetable dyes and commercial dyes with the goal of minimizing our impact on the environment while striving for the best color properties. An irregular weave or print is not a defect – handloom by definition means uncertainty when it comes to uniformity. 

Reds and blues tend to run. We prefer dry cleaned to all the products. All the products should be store away from the direct sunlight. Silks must only be dry cleaned.
